01  Does This Sound Familiar?

Feeling disconnected from yourself or your relationships?

You might be the type of person who has always been the observer in your family. The quiet one. The responsible one. The one who notices everything but often feels unseen.

Thoughtful and introspective, you tend to analyze situations and manage emotions internally, which can make it hard to stay connected to your own feelings and needs. That subtle disconnection can leave you frustrated, lonely, or unsure how to relate authentically.

Therapy can help you reconnect, while honoring the reflective, independent nature that got you this far.

Shutting down or pulling away

when emotions run high, even with the people you love most

Struggling to express what matters

asking for your needs feels risky, so you keep them to yourself

Feeling cut off from your body

emotions register as tension or numbness instead of signals you can read

Carrying quiet self-doubt

low self-worth that follows you into relationships, however capable you look outside

03  How Therapy Helps

A relational, psychodynamic, and somatic approach

Healing happens not only through insight, but in the body, by learning how to feel, regulate, and stay present with yourself in moments of distress. Together we work in three movements.

01

Notice

Slow down and notice where you’ve disconnected from your feelings, in your history, your relationships, and your body’s own signals.

02

Express

Practice expressing your needs and emotions safely, in a space with no judgment and no pressure, until authenticity stops feeling like a risk.

03

Connect

Build trust, closeness, and more satisfying relationships, with greater steadiness in yourself and deeper connection to the people you love.

04  About Erika

I’ve always been someone who notices patterns

How people relate. How emotions move through the body. How early experiences shape the way we connect. Growing up, I often felt like an observer and something of a black sheep in my own family, which sparked a lifelong curiosity about relationships, belonging, and what helps people feel truly understood.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent a decade as a massage therapist and craniosacral therapist, where I learned firsthand that healing happens in the body, not just through insight. That mind-body thread runs through everything I do today.
